The circus seems to have rolled into town this summer. We keep seeing ring leaders, big tops and popcorn scented products flying onto and off the shelves. Philosophy Under the Big Top Set ($25) is a threesome of flavors of all the calorie-filled, intoxicating circus treats our grandparents bought us by the donkey trip full when we were five. In only we could load up on cotton candy and vanilla jelly beans now. Well, we can, but we'd be part of the circus instead of sitting in the stands.
