As we all know, silver has long been used for its antibacterial properties, blocking bacteria's ability to transfer oxygen through the cell wall. (Psh, we totally knew that.) Cor Silver Soap ($40) capitalizes on that science bringing to you an easy way to keep your skin clear at home or on the go (that's a cute little travel case it's sitting in). While we may not be sold on this whole silver thing, we are sold on this marketing technique and bought two boxes.

Google the silver thing. It's science. As a matter of fact, silver is so good at killing bacteria that if you were to ingest enough of it over time it would kill you.

Isn't that why the guy that played the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz died? Because they used real metals in his face paint?
