After spending the summer eating salads and doing all manner of healthy outdoor activities, it's easy to fall into a mode of hibernation. Our bodies are ready for rest, and for me that looks like lots of couch time and comfort food. I always vow that I won't spend the cold months layering on "insulation" by eating sweet treats, and this year I'm sticking to it*. I'm going to feel just fine about staying warm by putting this It's It Sweatshirt on
